Convention Center information

Our experienced venue team will work with you to ensure that your event runs smoothly, whether you’re hiring a room for a small meeting, or the entire space for a wedding. We’ll also have a member of our team available at all times during your event.

Rental Rates

Conventions & Conferences

Down Payment

• 25% Down Payment is required within 10 days of the reservation request to hold the date.
• Full payment must be made 14 days prior to event.

Refunds

• Written notice of cancellation at least 45 days prior to the event date – 1/2 Refund
• Cancellation of an event less than 45 days prior to the event date – No Refund

Events with Alcohol

Damage Deposit

$250 deposit required for any event that is serving alcohol.

Events Without Alcohol

Kitchen Rental

$50.00 per day. Kitchen rentals must be combined with facility rental.
