Fall Spruce Up:
Thank you to everyone who volunteered for our Fall Spruce up on October 12! If you would like to volunteer for a future event, feel free to complete the forms below and submit them to our board. We hope you will join us!
Volunteer Release Waiver (Community Cleanup Event)
All volunteers must complete above Volunteer Release Waiver prior to participating. Volunteers under the age of 18 are required to have a parent/guardian signature.
About the Neighborhood Advisory Council
The newly-formed Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) is a 12-member volunteer board of property owners and renters representing all four quadrants within Pittsburg. The NAC was created in 2023 to support the city-wide cleanup efforts and create a council of citizens that can access both public and private resources; and provide leadership, support, and information on neighborhood issues. NAC membership, meetings and more.
Position in Southeast & Northeast Quadrants Now Open!
The NAC is currently seeking to fill two unexpired terms on the board. Candidates from the Southeast Quadrant or Northeast Quadrant who want to represent their neighborhoods are encouraged to apply!

- SEK Recycling Center – Household hazardous waste products, electronic waste, paper, large appliances, clothing, plastics, and much more!
- County Landfills – Resources available to all Crawford County residents.

This program provides a 50-50 match for property owners who wish to build new sidewalks or repair existing ones. If the sidewalk in front of your property needs repair or if you wish to construct a new one, we would be happy to assist you.
