Special Event Permit Application

A complete application must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date for an administrative permit. Permits which require City Commission approval require additional processing time.

Section 36-104 of the Zoning Ordinance contains the requirements for an administrative permit. If your event does not meet the requirements within 36-104, it will be necessary to obtain City Commission approval.

To obtain City Commission approval your event must meet the requirements included but not limited to sec 36-105. Staff will contact you during the review of this permit application if it is not possible to process the permit administratively.
