Badges and Burgers 2019

On Friday, November 22, 2019, the Pittsburg Police Department and the Pittsburg Fire Department will be hosting the annual Badges and Burgers event. The event will be held at Fire Station 1, located at 911 W. 4^th Street, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Lunch will include a hamburger or cheeseburger, chips, a drink and a cookie for only $5.  Pre-orders officially begin Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 8 AM and will end Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 5 PM. To pre-order your lunch, call our administration line at (620) 235-0400. Those who pre-order 5 meals or more to the same location are eligible for delivery by one of our Pittsburg Police Officers or Firefighters! 

We are excited to announce that the proceeds from this event will be benefiting the Children’s Advocacy Center in Pittsburg. The Children’s Advocacy Center serves the children of the Pittsburg community. Their child safety specialists work closely with local support services and law enforcement agencies, such as the Pittsburg Police Department, to provide children with a safe and comfortable space to conduct forensic interviews. The CAC of Pittsburg aims to provide a child-focused environment to reduce the traumatic effects of child abuse, protect children from maltreatment, and investigate as a team.
