PITTSBURG, KS – To ensure the safety, security and health of the public and city employees, the City of Pittsburg is implementing remote work operations in response to COVID-19.

Effective March 23, the city is adopting telework as a temporary measure to ensure social distancing protocols recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. During this time, the city will continue to be open and fully operational, providing essential services to residents and businesses in Pittsburg.

Members of the public can call (620) 231-4100 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, to reach a representative at City Hall. Visit www.pittks.org to pay your bill, start new utility service, and more. Call (620) 231-4170 to schedule an inspection or apply for a building permit.
