Crawford County Board of Health issues stay at home order

CRAWFORD COUNTY, KANSAS – The following actions are officially implemented by the Crawford County Board of Health and the Crawford County Public Health Officer and shall be in official force and effect at 8 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2020. This order shall remain in effect until modified or rescinded by the Crawford County Board of Health and the Crawford County Public Health Officer. This order is made pursuant to the powers granted to the Local Public Health Officer in K.S.A. 65-119 et seq. and the Emergency Declarations of the governments of the United States, the State of Kansas, and Crawford County, as well as the Home Rule powers of Crawford County under state statute.
