Drug Search Warrant at 1802 North Elm Street

PITTSBURG, KAN. –
On Friday morning, July 6, 2018, at approximately 8:50 a.m., Law Enforcement Officers of the Pittsburg Police Department served a search warrant at a residence located at 1802 N. Elm St., in Pittsburg. The search warrant pertained to the possession of illegal drugs. During the search, several items believed to be methamphetamine, marijuana and related paraphernalia were located within the residence.
27-year-old Gregory Donald Eugene Mingle, of Pittsburg, and 50-year-old Tina Marie Brewer, of Parsons, Kansas, were arrested without incident and were transported to the jail at the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office for booking. Mr. Mingle was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor criminal use of weapons. Mrs. Brewer was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Both Mr. Mingle and Mrs. Brewer are being held in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
