Halloween Harvest event at the Pittsburg Farmers’ Market October 30

PITTSBURG, KS – The Pittsburg Farmers’ Market will hold a Halloween Harvest event during the last market day of the season – Saturday, October 30.

The farmers’ market vendors will set up at 8:00 am and the Halloween Harvest activities will begin at 9:00 am. A kid’s costume contest will take place at 10:00 am and children are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes, and trick or treat at the vendor booths.

Vendors are invited to dress in costume and deck out their booths with festive decorations. Prizes will be awarded to market vendors for best costume, decorations and set up. To register as a vendor, contact the Pittsburg Parks & Recreation Department at (620) 231-8310. Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, October 27 at 4:00 pm.
