MEDIA UPDATE – December 12, 2023, at 4:30 PM
On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at approximately 3:00 PM, 33-year-old Jemon Allen was taken into custody by the United States Marshalls Service in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Jemon Allen was arrested on a felony warrant, issued by the 11th Judicial District Court of Crawford County, Kansas, for First Degree Murder in relation to the death of 36-year-old Justin E. Krogen, on early Sunday morning, August 20, 2023.
