“Little Gherkins” indoor youth pickleball clinic starts October 26

PITTSBURG, KS – The Pittsburg Parks & Recreation Department is set to host the “Little Gherkins” indoor youth pickleball clinic at Lincoln Center starting Thursday, October 26.

This pickleball clinic will run October 26 – November 16 on Thursday evenings, with divisions for ages 5-7, ages 8-11, and ages 12 and older. Cost per child is $30, which includes an exclusive T-shirt, and all equipment provided.

Pickleball combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, and can easily develop into a quick, fast-paced game.
