Portion of North Joplin Street closed to through traffic

PITTSBURG, KS – Effective immediately (Tuesday, April 12) city crews will conduct street repairs on North Joplin street between 18th and 19th Streets. This section of Joplin Street will be closed to through traffic. The city anticipates the street will be reopened late tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday, April 13.

Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes when possible, to use extreme caution when traveling in the area of construction, and be aware of workers in the work zone.
