Report of Partial Road Closure

PITTSBURG, KS – Weather permitting, beginning on Wednesday, March 25, the City of Pittsburg will begin construction to replace the water line on East Rose Street from South Broadway Street to South Locust Street.  Traffic on Rose Street will at times be reduced to one lane.

Drop the H Brewery will remain OPEN and accessible during construction (for carry-out and curbside delivery).

Work will primarily take place along the southern edge of Rose Street.  Rose Street will intermittently be closed to through traffic between Broadway and Locust.

Upon completion of water line replacement, street repairs will commence. This work will take place over the next couple of months.

Advance notification signs will be in place during construction.  Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes when possible, to use extreme caution when traveling in the area of construction, and be aware of workers in the work zone.
