Snowball Softball Tournament set for February 22

PITTSBURG, KS – Softball season is gearing up in Pittsburg as the Pittsburg Parks & Recreation Department prepares to host its “Snowball Softball Tournament” on Saturday, February 22, at the Don Gutteridge Sports Complex.
Team registration is now open for this 7/3 coed, one-pitch double-elimination tournament. Teams will hit their own softballs, which must be stamped with “USSSA Classic M/Classic Plus.” Bats must also have the USSSA thumbprint. Teams will follow USSSA & PPRD rules.
The entry deadline is 5:00 pm Tuesday, February 18. The fee to register is $100.
