South Rouse pavement work scheduled for January 17

PITTSBURG, KS – On Thursday, January 17, crews are scheduled to pour pavement along South Rouse Street from Grand Oaks Dr. to Pinnacle Dr., weather permitting. Traffic will be limited to one lane near the area of construction. The contractor will have flaggers set up along the route to direct motorists. Minor traffic delays are expected.

The work was originally scheduled to be performed on Tuesday, January 15, but has been delayed due to weather conditions.

The City of Pittsburg is asking motorists to use extreme caution when traveling in the area of construction and be aware of workers in the work zone.
