“Underachiever’s .5K” set for March 12

PITTSBURG, KS – The Pittsburg Parks and Recreation Department is gearing up to host its first Underachiever’s .5K starting at 1:00 pm on March 12 at Shelter #3 in Lincoln Park.

This race includes a t-shirt, donuts at the starting line, and pizza at the finish line. There will be cornhole available for those that what to play afterwards.

Participants can register by calling the Pittsburg Parks and Recreation Department at (620) 231-8310 or in person at 710 W. 9th Street. Early-bird registration is only $25.
