Work on North Joplin Street to begin Tuesday, March 24

PITTSBURG, KS – Weather permitting, street repair work will begin Tuesday, March 24, at the intersection of East 14th Street and North Joplin Street. Work will also include the intersections of East 15th Street, East 16th Street and East 17th Street.

Full closure of the intersections will occur. Work will take place over the next couple of weeks.

Advance notification signs will be in place during construction. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes when possible, to use extreme caution when traveling in the area of construction, and be aware of workers in the work zone.
